We're growing...so we thought our brand should grow too

Over the last year we’ve expanded our talented team, amplified our reach, extended our customer base, and evolved and enhanced our products and services. We’ve gained even more invaluable experience, met hundreds of incredibly inspiring people, made our mark as thought leaders and empowered organisations throughout the UK to embrace and embed digital social prescribing.
We’re growing, so much so that we thought our brand should grow too, but one thing we wanted to keep in mind throughout the rebrand process was that no matter how much we grow, our roots are firmly in the neighbourhoods we empower.
Our logo



This is our new logo. We’ve retained the symbol as it represents the heart of our business which is connecting people, building communities, improving lives, and making a difference.
The addition of the tree within the heart represents everything we stand for, strength, growth and more importantly connectivity.
Our brand colours and photography



We’ve added some energy into our colour palette to represent our personality and values. Our primary palette is made up of three colours, navy, green and white. These reflect our experience, integrity and honesty. We also have a secondary palette, grey, yellow, pink and blue. These colours add clarity and energy to communications and differentiate our different sector offerings.
The photographs we use feature real people, in real settings from real communities, we believe photography to be an important element of any brand, especially when we put people at the heart of everything we do.
