Elemental Chairperson, Aidan McGrath will be among the speakers at the Well North Disruptive Change event to be held on 24 June 2016 in Manchester.
Hosted by The University of Manchester, the event will see practitioners from across Well North, leading experts in the UK in digital innovation/social prescribing, and those with private sector experience of developing successful disruptive brands attending the workshop to define the practical next steps in Well North’s mission to unleash healthy communities across the North of England.
Aidan will join Donald Findley, Well North Advisor and Warren Escadale, North West Voluntary and Community Sector and Dan Hopewell, Bromley by Bow Centre to talk about the transformational change that Elemental Software is bringing to the social prescribing model of care.
Elemental was founded by Leeann Monk and Jennifer Neff who between them have a combined 30 years experience in developing the capacity of communities to achieve better health, enhanced employability and digital skills.
More recently, Leeann and Jennifer saw an opportunity to use digital technology to make greater connections between health and well care stakeholders working towards better neighbourhood health and created social prescription software, Elemental.
This event will see Elemental being presented to the Well North network prior to the formal launch of Elemental at the NHS Expo in September 2016.
