Elemental Open Directory

Simplifying the integration of multiple Directory of Services (DOS)

Accurate and up to date data is one of the most important aspects of a social prescribers role, and essential for them to offer the best and most relevant care to their citizens/patients.

One of the problems is that this information can be scattered across multiple websites, directories and social media platforms, making it hard for the social prescribers to find everything that is available within their communities. It is also a problem for providers, who potentially need to update their information on various platforms, and may not have the resources to do this. This leads to problems in reliability of the information, which also impacts social prescribers and citizens/patients.

Our Elemental Open Directory product can help solve this problem in several ways. Our robust internal DOS can capture all the information a social prescriber requires on local services, including locations, schedules, distance from the client, costs and suitability.

Our Quality Assurance features also put you in total control of what is available to the social prescriber. Our experienced staff, with a long history of work directly within our own community are always on hand, and can support any new programmes and help them get started in the best way possible.

Customers can choose from the following options to populate their online directory of services within Elemental
