The world's first social prescribing unconference
Practice Unbound announced as Headline Sponsor for Social Prescribing UnCo

We’re delighted to reveal that Practice Unbound has been confirmed as the Headline Sponsor for UnCo, the world’s first social prescribing unconference, taking place in Manchester next month.
Practice Unbound is the longest standing provider of Workflow, helping thousands of GP Practices in the UK to reduce GP and Practice Nurse workload. The success of Workflow taught them that introducing new roles in this way makes a real impact on GP time and patient outcomes when embedded well, and when data is provided to demonstrate success. Their CPD Accredited blended learning programmes are designed by clinicians to help ease the load, from Practice level to PCN and beyond, and include Social Prescribing, Practice Pharmacist, Group Consultations and Pathology Optimisation.
Sarah Bartholomew, Director of Business Development said “The Practice Unbound Team are honored to be the headline sponsor of the first Social Prescribing UnCo. We love that fact that Elemental use their tech for the good of the community, as well as making the lives of the people that look after them much easier. We’re also very excited about the project we have been working on together!”

Elemental Co-founder and Co CEO Leeann Monk Ozgul said “We’re delighted to have Practice Unbound sponsor our first Social Prescribing UnCo. Their vision and ethos is tightly aligned to ours, and like Elemental, their products and services make a real impact on GP time and patient outcomes, so it was a no-brainer as to who we wanted to be headline sponsor. We’ve also been working closely on something really special with the Practice Unbound team and will reveal all next month at the event. It’s all very exciting! Watch this space!”
