Tech for good company, Elemental Software, are once again expanding their team in a bid to focus on processes, marketing strategy and customer satisfaction.
Serena Terry will join the award-winning team in July and help to spearhead plans to introduce social prescribing to more Housing Associations and NHS organisations including GP surgeries and CCGs throughout the UK.
“I’m so excited to be part of the Elemental family. I’ve followed the company from the sidelines for the last few years and couldn’t think of a better team of people to join or a more exciting product to promote. Leeann and Jennifer have always inspired me so to finally get to work with them is a dream come true. Helping to grow Elemental and spread the good word of Social Prescribing and it’s benefits is going to be an absolute pleasure.”
Serena is an experienced Marketer who has been helping to grow companies in the tech industry for over 10 years. She is a self-confessed growth-hacker who specialises in inbound marketing, digital marketing strategy, user experience and conversion optimisation. Serena is a University of Ulster graduate who also lectures with the North West School of Marketing.
Elemental CEO, Jennifer Neff says ‘Elemental is the social prescribing digital platform of choice for many CCGs, NHS Foundation Trusts, local authorities, housing associations and voluntary, community and social enterprise sector organisations. With Serena’s help we will be able to support more of these types of organisations, and others, in connecting communities, supporting citizens and measuring and reporting on the uptake and impact of social prescribing’.
