Elemental appoint Serena Terry as new Chief Operations Officer
Due to rapid growth and expansion, Elemental has appointed Serena Terry as Chief Operations Officer.
Serena will join Co-founders, Leeann Monk Ozgul and Jennifer Neff on the Executive team to help drive and implement the company strategy focusing on market share and scalability.
Serena set up her own B2B Marketing company in 2009 when she was just 23 and finishing her final year at University of Ulster. She then went on to work with leading e-learning provider Learning Pool where she was instrumental in their growth in the private sector. She has guest lectured in Marketing at the University of Ulster and Digital Marketing and SEO for North West School of Marketing.
In 2017, Serena joined Elemental as Head of Marketing. Since joining the team, she has stood out as a catalyst for growth due to her strategic vision, drive for data and actionable metrics and a strong mindset that’s aligned with the key strategic priorities and commercial impact of the decisions that are made by Elemental.

The health tech company also recently announced partnerships with City of London, Harrow Council, Ealing Council, Healthier Lancashire and South Cumbria, Merton Voluntary Service Council, Imagine Independence and Possibility People.
