We’re looking for a passionate professional who will be responsible for managing and maintaining Elemental’s relationships with its customers.
The Account Manager will work closely with the Projects and Development team and will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers and support these customers for the length of their relationship with Elemental.
Our goal is to sustain our existing 100% customer renewal rate. The Account Manager will also be in charge of upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, securing new business, meeting with and demoing to prospects and supporting the Sales team.
