- Personal development and growth as participants learn how to overcome barriers and challenge the beliefs that hold them back
- Group support to build resilience while working with others facing similar challenges
Elemental Co-founder and Co CEO Jennifer Neff said “We’re beginning to see a huge shift in the adoption of innovation, exploring and implementing better ways to work together so we can empower those who need the most support. Procurement, though, can sometimes be a lengthy and complex process and whilst digitisation is written into many areas’ plans, there often is no distinct fund for digital. We want to encourage even more organisations in health, housing, VCSE and local government to embrace the benefits that innovation in health and wellbeing can bring for all stakeholders. We try our best to share best practices, build the case and to showcase organisations that are already leading the way in digital healthcare but it is as times hard. Access to this incredible programme will hopefully give us the tools to help us to break down the last remaining barriers and expand the spread and adoption of innovation in self care and social prescribing.”
The Coaching for Spread and Adoption programme is tightly aligned with Elemental’s vision to mainstream digital social prescribing as its focus is on supporting the adoption and spread of proven innovations within an organisation and beyond.
